I recently argued yet another WINNING appeal on behalf of a highly-deserving client. My excitement is only bolstered by the fact that my client had been fighting for years due to the non-custodial parent attempting to modify a child support obligation the court had granted to them in 2018. Although the other side filed the appeal – prompting our legal team to file years worth of motions and objections to orders on our client’s behalf – we were the victors!
